design compiler is not enabled问题

我也遇到 design compiler is not enabled的错误。license文件用sssverify检查过，没问题。
lmgrd -c syn_lic.dat -l syn_lic.log看起来也没问题（用的是scl10.9.3），
环境变量setenv SNPSLMD_LICENSE_FILE 27000@bc_linux，还有PATH
启动dc_shell就遇到is not enabled的错误，
打开syn_lic.log看不到checkout license的记录，感觉是没有到27000的端口上找license （netstat -n | grep 27000是在监听的）

担心是防火墙，把防火墙关了，也还是不行

（装的是dc2008，以前是可以用的。一段时间没用了，这几天突然要用，却发现用不了，
另外，pt、fm、vcs也都起不来，着急啊）

好像还是license意外挂掉了

su(不换环境变量su -)换到root用户，竟发现license起来了：
lmstat -c asic/env/syn_lic.dat

检查scl和dc2008的目录和文件的权限，发现一般用户也都有rwx的权限。。。
是什么地方限制了权限呢？
另外一个问题，以普通用户启动license，会提示unknown host:bc_linux，也是个奇怪的现象。。。

进一步发现是主机名或者DNS问题，ping localhost、本机IP、www.baidu.com都可以ping通，但就是不能ping通bc_linux（查了/etc/sysconfig/network、/etc/hosts都没发现异常，并且/etc/hosts里加了127.0.0.1 bc_linux。）

ping不通就ping不通吧，把环境变量改成27000@localhost（license里还是用bc_linux，保持不变），普通用户也可以正常启用dc_shell了。
