ICC设计中create lib命令报告出的一些warning

工艺是$imc018的在create_mw_lib指令时候,报出了以下warning,不知道是否可以忽略:
Waring：Layer 'METAL1' has a pitch 0.56 that dose not match the recommended wire-to-via pitch 0.535 or 0.485.
Waring：Layer 'METAL5' has a pitch 0.56 that dose not match the recommended wire-to-via pitch 0.66 or 0.61.
Waring：Layer 'METAL3' has a pitch 0.56 that dose not match the doubled pitch 1.12 or tripled pitch 1.68.
Waring：Layer 'METAL4' has a pitch 0.56 that dose not match the doubled pitch 1.12 or tripled pitch 1.68.
Waring：Layer 'METAL5' has a pitch 0.56 that dose not match the doubled pitch 1.12 or tripled pitch 1.68.
Waring：Layer 'METAL6' has a pitch 0.95 that dose not match the doubled pitch 1.12 or tripled pitch 1.68.
虽然是warning但是看着not match这几个显眼的字眼，还是很不放心，跟大家交流一下先~麻烦遇到过的朋友多指点一下，谢谢啦
