Responsibilities
Technical support and pre-sale for XX
Communication product (RF small signal chain solution, high speed data converter, signal integrity product, sRIO & PCIe switch/bridge, and etc.) for the target applications such as wireless base-station, data-communication, and enterprise computing,
through close collaboration with key designers/architects at strategic customers in
South China. Work closely with the product line and internal Sale/FAE to develop business opportunities at major OEM & key distribution customers.
Drive design opportunities to closure in accordance with design in/win targets.Provide technical support and training to XX distribution partners through joint customer activity and regular off-site training seminars.Establish professional relationships with key designers/architects and decision makers in assigned customer base.Work closely with BU marketing and AE, feedback market trends and customer requirements.
Maintain understanding of industry trends and standards.
Cooperate with marketing to define new product concepts & solutions.Report to Geo FAE Director and work closely with local Sale to document, manage and track design opportunities.
2.     Knowledge:
Master in radio card circuit design, 3 years RF/IF hardware design or system architect experience is a must;Good understanding of
wireless communication systems,
Well know the requirement to each component such as RF/IF VGA, Mixer, Modulator, Demodulator, DSA, RF Switch, LO, ADC/DAC,… in the signal chain through IF digital domain to RF front end.
Any design/system experience in base band processing, or know-how in Signal Integrity, high speed SerDes, high speed switch(sRIO, PCIe)  will be
a plus;BSEE is required (advanced degree preferred). Prior knowledge of in data-communication application is desirable;
