因为现在做最后的寄生参数的提取，发现库里面没captabl和ict文件，于是找foundry要，结果foundry这样回复的

captable file in lef kits is generated from .ict, that is to say .ict is the source file of captable, and they have the same content in two different format.

As for advance technology, TSMC will have both of them in captable dir, while for some mature technology, there might be only captable.

Since the library is from 3rd party, please check with Arm or EDA vendor to see if they can convert captable to .ict.

问问ict难道不是找foundry要吗？库是arm的库，找arm也要过，arm说没得，该怎么办？

这个问题确实需要找foundry要，他们应该会提供.ict文件，然后可以通过.ict和lef文件在PR工具下生成capTbl文件，祝你好运

你没有tsmc的帐号，tsmc怎么会给你回复邮件？一般是正式客户才会有FAE支持，倘若是正式客户，一定有online的帐户才对啊
