Hi buddies,
easy to solve, don't worry.
first check your extraction directory path, DOESN'T exist any SPACE in the your path and folder names, because function "java -jar -classpath .... " in bashrc is sensitive to space in directory name. check your path by "pwd" command on terminal. change space in folder name to underline like: IC Tools --> IC_Tools
then check java is installed on your machine, if not, run command in root privilege: yum install java
