I check my simulation result folder, the waveform type is *.tran.
But I can't find any setting to set in my ADE environment.

So, I am sorry I can't help you.

add following lines in your c-shell files

setenv PSF_WRITE_CHUNK_MODE_ON true
setenv PSF_LARGE_FILE_ON false

If you didn't solve this problem, please add following setting in your .cdsinit and
restart icfb , re-run the simulation:
envSetVal("spectre.envOpts" "simOutputFormat" 'string "psfbin")

then the waveform will be .tran and spice explorer can read it.
