Here examples shall be used to explain change in syntax from NGSpice to HSpice.
After reading this topic one shall be comfortable with programming HSpice.

Please wait, i shall be uploading programs shortly with detailed explanation.

As seen in 1_cmos_inv.rar files,
Give, is an simple example of CMOS_inv to find vol,voh,vil,vih and max. Power

1)Main difference in Ngspice and Hspice is that,

NGSPICE= requires you to use .control followed by run to execute and see results

HSPICE= remember to remove the .control block

For running NGSpice on windows pleasei) download NgSpice_24_windows.rar---also freely available on sourgeforge.net
ii) install Microsoft visual studio

Then go in NgSpice_24_windows> bin >>click ngspice
