这本书真的很实用啊，可惜中文版翻译太垃圾
Gray和Martin的书都被中国人糟蹋了

一点不错，中文版翻译的简直没话说了，估计翻译者自己都不知道自己在说什么。

呵呵，15载再出经典，应该有最新的东西了。希望论坛的高手们能在方便的时候辛苦一下，能及时扫描出电子版pdf的，分享给大家一下，让大家能及时了解新的精彩内容，以后有机会买原版。
最近看了razavi教授主页，他不到50岁，业界算年轻的了，最近看他更新的照片，看起来老了很多，希望保重身体，他射频微电子2011年出了第2版，内容好像更新不少。微电子基础2008年也新出第一版了，模拟CMOS集成电路设计不知能否第二版了。。。
gray教授经典的模拟集成电路设计第五版也与09年初完成。
baker新书第3版也2011年出版了，牛人就及时分享给大家学习，赞！
Allen教授第三版很久在他主页上就说了，至今没动静。。。

觉得弄pdf还真不容易，首先得借到新书，然后扫描成pdf的，很辛苦。。。真得谢谢资料原创者，其实，买了书也没怎么看，就是用到临时查阅一下。不论如何，关注经典，学习经典！！！

哦，错了，baker 的CMOS Circuit Design, Layout, and Simulation, 3rd Edition，2010年出版的。。。。

allen的第三版已经出来了吧。。好象是8月份的事。
