ICC write_stream gdsOut map file

Hi, all.

Now, I am streamming out the GDS in ICC, using the gdsOut files the vendors provides. But now I think this map file is incorrect.

and here is part of the map file:

....
A     161                  111 1      ;RES_MARK
A     163                  113 1      ;DIODE_MARK
A     164                  114 1      ;CAP_MARK
A     165                  115 1      ;BJT_MARK
A     255                  235        ;prBndry

and Avanti Layers are not same with what's presented in the TF file, eg. the Layer 161,163,164,165 specified here doesn't exists in the TF file. Besides, lots of layers are missing in the map file, eg, the RES layer(111), ..... in TF files

how could I handle this,
write the map file manually, in which providing all the layers in the TF file?????

normally， fab provide‘s file is correct ,

if you dont want to streamout full gds layer of whole chip , that is
streamout metal/vias only , then the gdsout map is simple ,
just contains metal/via/metal text layers  , ok ,

then merge the whole gds outside icc , like icfb /calibredrv ,

you mean only metal/via/metal-text, those three layers is needed in the map-out file if gds-merging is needed.

thus those mark-layers is not of much significance?

it is for  metal routing only gds , not the full level gds --------- that is , you must
merge it in icfb with other IP full gds ,

if icc layer is the same as gds, don't need mapping.

You can use "D" for data, and "T" for text, instead of "A" for all.
