"off-grid" is a very "serious" problem, specially for Deep-Sub-Microm process.
It will cause DRC violations and when you make the mask, it will (sometimes) require different grade of mask material and increase your manufacturing cost.

off manufacturing grid ( that is offgrid in calibre drc check ) is a real DRC error ,

should fix ,

since sometimes the offgrid error is not important if it have large space or not result in
shorts or open , but it can results in shorts or open case ,

so please fix it !!!
