有没有达人在Ubuntu下安装过Sentaurus啊，可不可以发个安装方法出来啊！

我他妈第一步就运行不起来，用了./setup.sh，不是提示permission denied就是command not found，试了n个linux都没用，都不知道你们是怎么安装成功的

估计setup.sh文件属性没改吧，要加可执行权限

    我的机子是64bit的，我把sentaurus common 和amd64放在一个文件夹里无法安装啊？还有SCL也是的

(1) Try command below in Ubuntu command prompt (ROOT password is required to install this):
   
sudo apt-get install sch

(2) No need to use ===> ./setup.sh    (Depends on the installer version you used!)
(3) Any installer version also able to install Sentaurus! Preferably installer 2.3 or 2.8
(4) Try command below, sure it able to execute:

./installer -gui

    You can try many methods!
(1) In case the command (sudo apt-get install sch) doesn't work on your ubuntu or linux!

(2) Try this command ==> sudo apt-get update && apt-get install sch
If still unable to install, try it using ROOT account!

(3) Btw, after the updates, make sure those required files are mark (or tick) as executable.
It is important! Just right-click to make sure it is executable.
