If I and Q are pilots, the noise_power = SUM (I_received-I_theory)^2 + (Q_received -Q_theory)^2; SNR=SUM (I^2+Q^2)/noise_power. There may be a bias in this estimation. If the I, Q are not pilots, the I, Q need first be decoded; replaced the pilots by the decoded values.
