cadence encounter test 91 license problem

I set the patch and license file but while other softwares of cadence are working, it gives an error like following :
is there anyone who make "cadence encounter test 91" run ?  please share the licence files

这个问题很简单啊！
做License的时候注意下工具的版本就OK了。
