同样的问题。单独用ckout_test是可以check out出Test_Design_Analysis的。应该是ET软件没完全破解，期待高手。

I get the same exact error messages with the versions ET 11 and ET 12 . None of the known SFK patches are working for the Cadence test package (both 32 and 64 bit versions). I believe nobody has been able to crack it so far ?
