我在使用oa 方式import 窗口界面报的error：Base constraint group name “LEFDefaultRouteSpec” for reading all the rules is not found .
Provide one or change the base constraint group using “set_init_oa_default_rule name and read the OA database again.
ERROR：Fail to read LEF information from OA reference librarys. check the OA database and your input

不明白具体错误是什么 reference lib 是用 lef2oa 这个命令得来的
