职责概述 :
- 领导公司运营部，开展芯片量产、封装、测试等相关工作。

专业背景要求:
- 熟知芯片量产封装测试行业，至少五年以上从业经验，与相关厂商（如TCMC / SMIC/ UMC等）具有良好的商务合作关系。
- 具有一定的管理能力，对物流、进出口业务有广泛认知和了解。

综合素质要求:
- 出色的沟通能力、商务谈判能力
- 优秀的管理能力和领导力
- 高度的责任心和敬业精神；
- 英语熟练。
