ASIC/IC Test program development. Must have excellent communication and software development skills. Minimum of 5 years hands-on digital test development and debug experience required. Experience with a digital logic simulator ( Verilog preferred ) a plus.Working knowledge of SCAN/BIST/JTAG and advanced test techniques.

More than 5 years experience.

Preferred Tools/Languages : C, Awk, Verilog, VHDL, TSSI/Fluence, TestInsight/WaveWizard, basic knowledge of EDA
Preferred Test Platforms : Teradyne J750, Credence Quartet, Agilent 93K.
