职责概述 :

- 领导公司应用软件和驱动开发的研发工作

- 构建和管理软件团队

专业背景要求:
- 至少五年以上嵌入式软件开发经验，消费类电子行业优先，机顶盒开发经验更优。
- 至少三年以上软件研发团队管理经验（部门成员不少于20人）。

- 外企或大型民营企业工作背景优先。

综合素质要求:
- 良好的沟通能力、管理技巧与领导力；
- 高度的责任心和敬业精神；
- 英语熟练。
