1. MS/PHD in wireless communication and/or digital signal processing
2. at least 2 years working experience
3. expertise with physical layer algorithms of OFDM based standards such as CMMB, DTMB, DVB, LTE etc.
4. strong fundamentals in wireless communication and digital signal processing
5. fluent in Matlab, C or other simulation language
