    scl 11.9  +  最新软件， 也遇到这个问题，软件也不能启动。

   但是，scl 11.9 + 旧的软件，可以正常启动。

I met the same issue (invalid fingerprint)

tested combination:

Centos7 + SCL 11.9 + newSynopsysLicMaker
Centos7 + SCL 11.5 + newSynopsysLicMaker

I have the Same & problem, CENTOS7 + at The the SCL 11.9. Anyone Find the Solution?
My Support Person Told Me that We SHOULD Not the RUN SSSVERIFY the ON The License that We created. So, We Will try to Finish the install Today, Setup The Environment and See if it works.
