The Opportunity
Test state of the art SOC chips in the lab. Responsibilities include developing test
plan based on chip spec, chip bring up, test and characterization.

Experience and Skills Needed
Understanding of digital ASIC design concept
Digital IC test and debugging skill
Proficiency of operating test equipment in the lab
Experience with digital PCB design or testing
Capability to develop ATE script to automate the tests
Education/Training Needed
BSEE, required with 2+ years relevant industrial experience.
