Responsibilities:
1. Focus on TVS and HV Power MOSFET process integration/device characterization and wafer-level production sustaining, cooperate with Foundry to develop new platform for TVS, planar HV and super junction HV process
2. Cooperate with foundry to handle TVS product, develop new platform of planar HV power MOSFET and super junction HV process .
3. Handle MOSFET mass production, do trouble shooting and yield enhancement for mass production.
4. Manage Foundry by SPC, WAT parameter and CP yield control.

Qualification:
1. Bachelor or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics (or other engineering) plus two years experience with Power MOSFET, HVCMOS or BiCMOS/BCD technologies.
2. Knowledge in Solid State Devices and Device Physics, and process integration.
