Responsibilities:
1. Develop test programs and hardwares for new products.
2. New product introduction and release to manufacturing site.
3. Line sustaining ( product yield, quality, non-confirming material disposal )
4. Closely work with PIC US team.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree, related to electronics or cybernation.
2. At least 5 years working experience as test engineer in semiconductor industry.
3. Understand ATE, such as ETS-300/500, Accotest, or similar platforms.
4. Knowledge: we prefer the person has direct experience onto DC/DC buck/boost, LDO, analog switch.
5. Knowledge of test process controls and quality tools, a plus (Product CpK, Correlation, GRR, MSA)
6. Experience in managing/supporting Test Subcon Operations is highly preferred.
7. Analytical and good communications and project management skills.
8. Can speak English ( at least band-4 ).
