YES， it will be worse. if you use the gm/id methode, you will know this problem cleaarly. If the VB1 and the VB2 are fixed, when the VDD changes, the current source can not keep its current constant. The current will be changed and the situation of you circuit will also be changed. That means the variation of the VDD will affect the circuit. we can say the PSRR is not good.
