How could I use capacitor model in netlist?
The capacitor is described in model file as follows:
.lib cap
.subckt mim 1 2 mim_length=10u mim_width=10u
.param .......
......
cap 1 2 c="#expression"
.ends mim
.endl cap

cap. model 以子电路形式给出，你可以像调用子电路一样调用它，在元件名前加 X
比如：xc0 net1 net2 sub_name W=w L=l
