Just reading the translated version of Analog design essential by South-East university, so many places are translated wrongly, should be very careful to read it. For example, in PPT 1444,

"The input capacitance of transistor M3 is bootstrapped as transistor

M3 is a Source follower." has been translated into: the input capacitance of M3 has been bootstrapped to a high value....( My office computer can not type in Chinese)
