KEY RESPONSIBILITIES               
Lead AE team to provide technical support to design in projects

IMMEDIATE CHALLENGES        
A strong team management background, with the ability to be able to grow and manage a team of close to 30 headcounts in 3 years

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE            
Preferably with over 15 years of experience in Design Engineering and as a Team Leader

Should have designed or participated in designs of systems, topologies, loss map of converter topologies, devices, drivers, understanding of system architecture, processor architecture, understand/designed control systems, magnetics , Analog/Digital design, thermal aspects of a system

Should be familiar with Mathcad, Matlab, P-spice/saber, and other software...

Ability to  work with customers, define customer needs, answer customer queries, be able to work in conjunction with internal AEs to satisfy customer queries. QFD and Quality systems along with DFSS and DFxx an added advantage
