关于encounter迭代运算次数的上限的问题

add filler后，出现了DRC的warning,内容如下：
**WARN: (SOCSP-5108): Added fillers still have DRC violations.
There is an upper limit to how many iterations of DRC checking can be done.
It could be that limit was reached before all violations were removed.
上面说，在消除所有由add filler引起的DRC违例前，encounter运算的迭代次数已经达到上限，请问这个运算次数的上限值可以自行设定吗？在哪里设定？
