generateCapTbl -pcs <pcs_filename>

最近需要用generateCapTbl生成captable, 运行时出错，请熟悉这个工具的朋友帮忙看一下，

log file附在下面。

ict文件是从itf转过来的。里面没有"poly" 层的定义，有一个NPO和PPO层，应该是n-poly和

p-poly的意思。log file里说需要用-pcs  <pcs_filename>定义，但是到处找不着这个文件的格式。

怀疑后面报的metal height错都是由poly层的定义缺失造成的。
