本人对照着一篇名为《二阶米勒补偿运算放大器设计教程》设计一个放大器,把电路参数鼓捣了好久才算出来,但是仿真结果却不尽如人意。

仿真结果显示M1~M13中除了M7,其他都处在饱和区,当然M14处在线性区,小弟不知道该怎么调整来使M7工作在饱和区,我设计使I8=I9=10u,I5=2*I8=2*I9=20u,I7=2*I5=4*I8=40u, 希望能得到各位的指点!
