phase noise仿真中，pnoise里noise type的设置问题

在VCO phase noise的仿真中，pnoise的noise type里有sources和jitter两个选项，ADE里给的提示是，sources是仿真VCO的单边带噪声（SSB），jitter仿双边带噪声（DSB），在简单的VCO电路里，二者也确实是正好3 dBc的差别。但是当电路规模变大以后（后仿情况），二者的差别就大于3 dBc了。
我的问题是，
1. noise type里的sources和jitter除了SSB和DSB的差别，还有其他差别吗？
2. 在jitter的设置里，有FM和PM的点选项，这个该如何设置呢？

noise type里选sources有时不准，我验证过。选Jitter和PM，相位调制，结果是相位噪声（phasenoiseJitter）。

选择jitter和pm仿真，只能得到jitter的仿真结果，没办法画出phase noise的曲线啊。我是希望得到phase noise的曲线的。
另外，sources不准，能告诉我你是怎么验证的吗？

I've read some manuals including "spectreRF.pdf". But they just simply describe that there are four kinds of output types for pnoise, while no detailed information about the "sources" type and "jitter" type given.

i'll really appreciate that if you have any useful document or any advises on this problem.

在result里main Form。选Phasenoise Jitter，rms，单位是UI，就是得到phasejitter的曲线。然后把plot的曲线*2*pi，然后取dB20就可以了。这样得到的是双边带的Phasenoise，如果要单边带就减3dB.

纯模拟电路用source，数字电路用jitter。。。

    谢谢！我用你的方法仿出了phase noise！想再确认些细节，请问在pnoise jitter下，function是选择jee的吧？event time是随便选择一个时间吗？我比较了下结果，有大概0.02 dBc左右的差别。
