使用SMIC018数字库遇到的问题，求牛人们帮忙解决一下吧

Setp1:
打开Astro，新建Milkyway Lib，添加.tf文件，选中developer，casesensitive选项,提示错误如图1[img]file:///C:/Documents%20and%20Settings/Administrator/Application%20Data/Tencent/Users/642352444/QQ/WinTemp/RichOle/38JS(~60(2J7CLWSWFM@TZ7.jpg[/img]


Step2：
添加GDS文件。添加GDS，gds2ARC.map和gds2InLayer.map文件，没有提示错误
Setp3：
添加LEF文件。添加cell lef文件，没有添加layer mapping文件，这个好像没有提供。提示错误如下2 file:///C:/Documents%20and%20Settings/Administrator/Application%20Data/Tencent/Users/642352444/QQ/WinTemp/RichOle/I2EMZCT`9ZRY])WJ0T5I`EN.jpg

Step5：
上面明显不正确，所以又重新添加了一个PILB文件，添加cell plib文件和GDS文件，提示错误如下5
但是这个时候打开CELL layout明显好多了,看起来比较完整了

之后打开ＩＣＣ，运行脚本总是提示下面的错误，不管怎么修正脚本都是，所以我觉得一定是建库有问题。
