vivado编译QuestaSim IP仿真库失败

我用的是WINDOWS版本的VIVADO 2023.1，QuestaSim是2024.1（也试过2021.1），然后编译就报错：

基本每一个库都会报这个问题，之前用VIVADO2023.1编过QuestaSim2021.1的仿真库，能成功，之后VIVADO重装后之前的库就用不了了，重新编就一直报错失败，请问这种情况是什么原因造成的呢？？
