Calibre Pex Compilation Error PXR12 on line 270

The layout is designed using SMIC18mmrf library file, and Caliber DRC and Caliber LVS are passed. While run CalibrePEX, The compilation error is occured.

Previously I resolved this error, remove the library file from in the virtuoso library manager and vmware, the copied again to the vmware and virtuoso library manager. Then this error is resolved and could not know the reason. Then calibre pex is tried in different machine , compilation error is occurred.


Could you please any one suggest to resolve this error?
