忽略该错误继续进行提取，将提取出的lef与参考库比对，发现输出pin脚Q缺少ANTENNADIFFAREA字段。小弟怀疑是act层extract时有问题，在signal tab里面特意添加了 contactc、poly 和act层，再次查看抽取出的pin，发现抽取时确实金属层，via层，contact层都可以抽取，唯独缺了act/diff层。
