做DCT时关于minSpacing value不匹配的Warning

查看DCT log时，发现有几个Warning：

3. Checking the consistency of Min Width and Min Spacing between MW-tech and ITF...
Warning minSpacing value of layer "M1" (metal1) does not match : ITF (0.058) vs MW-tech (0.070). (TLUP-005)
Warning minWidth value of layer "M1" (metal1) does not match : ITF (0.063) vs MW-tech (0.070). (TLUP-004)

Warning minSpacing value of layer "M2" (metal2) does not match : ITF (0.054) vs MW-tech (0.070). (TLUP-005)
Warning minWidth value of layer "M2" (metal2) does not match : ITF (0.063) vs MW-tech (0.070). (TLUP-004)


疑问：
1）出现Warning是因为吃的.tf文件与.tluplus文件不匹配吗？
2）MW-tech(0.070)倒是能在.tf文件中找到，但是ITF(0.058)这个值在哪里能看到，在.tluplus文件中未能找到。
