求助siliconsmart标准单元库的characterize

坛里各位大佬好，目前我在进行标准单元库的学习，目前尝试对NAND2D1做characterize失败了，想知道是哪里可能存在问题。这个报错感觉像是没仿真？补充说明，我暂时是准备了NAND、NOR、INV、DFF四种单元1x 2x 4x 8x四种驱动能力的cell相关的模拟版图，暂时只对NAND2D1做了寄生参数提取，采用的仿真器是spectre。

从报告上看spectre deck.scs -format psfbin -raw deck.log 这条实际执行的仿真命令未完成就报错了，你可以手动在终端执行这条命令看是否能仿真成功，如果不能，看网表到底哪里错了，看看是不是simulator_options里是否加了一些不适合的参数，或者simulator_cmd格式不对

感谢大佬，目前我排查下来第一个问题应该是网表的问题，我直接-ext .pex.netlist了。这个可能是不行的，必须用.scs的网表？我先自己再尝试一下

目前检查下来，应该首先是网表import的问题，看了论坛经验基本都是要用spectre生成.scs的网表信息，我先尝试一下。
