振荡器仿真过程中每次都会在这个时间节点报错 然后跳出仿真（内存够用），请问是什么原因？求大佬指点

看看有没有短路的地方，或者对地电容容值过大什么的，瞬态跑一会儿就报错一般都是电路问题，软件一般不会有啥问题的

问题已解决:
方式1：查看内存是否充足，释放内存，删除simulation的数据
方式2：更换启动文件61.cshrc的版本，从618换为617
