论文中说，I2>I1,减法器输出A(I1-I2)，否则，减法器输出0，

那在放大器中，M12的电流小于M14的电流，即M12的电流小于M21的电流，但是这时M20的电流为0，那M21的电流会增大到M12的电流吗，M21M22电流镜岂不是复制对不上了，请问这个输出0是怎么实现的？

You should know the difference between "large signal" and "small signal"
You are talking about "lagre signal" operation.
Since the device is leaving sat. region, where is the gm and opamp gain ?
This circuit need to guarantee the operation in small signal op like inverting opamp topology.
