Silvaco 仿真JFET，器件结构建立好后运行输出特性曲线仿真，报错如图： *Invalid parameter specification* 请问是哪里有问题？device 电极gate/drain/source 皆有定义，且转移特性曲线IdVg 仿真一切正常
