ccopt_design会报license错误，在使用Nanoroute的时候也会报同样的错误，求大佬们指点

最近在学innovus，在做这个lab，进行到ccopt_design的时候就报了以下两个错误 **ERROR: (IMPLIC-90):        This command "ccopt_design" does not have the necessary license to run and there are no optional licenses installed that can enable this command using the current base-license of 'fexl'. Use 'setLicenseCheck -status' to see the current licenses in use and for more information. **ERROR: (IMPCCOPT-2196):        Cannot run ccopt_design because the command prerequisites were not met. Review the previous error messages for more details about the failure.
