求助各位大佬!
用的是tsmcN65的工艺,ICC之后的LVS只报了floating net的错误,这个是PVDD02POC还有PVDD02DGZ的VDDPST没有连导致的,但是我导出后在Virtuoso中已经打了Pin了,LVS检查端口数目也是对的。但还是有60多个错误。然后我在LVS Option里设置区分大小写之后,错误降到了20几个,现在完全没有头绪该怎么解决了,求助各位大佬看一看!
