Can anyone share lic for DVT IDE for vscode?

I found ro.amiq.dvt.flclient-2.8.jar in the eetop.cn_dvt_kit-21.1.14-e418-win_64_crk_dvt_eclipse.zip file but cannot find any .jar file in vscode location in my windows machine,

can you help me by finding the location?


In addition I need these features,

• Design Diagrams
• FSM Diagrams
• UVM Component Diagrams
• UML Diagrams
• Create Wavedrom Diagram
• WaveDrom Timing Diagrams / UVM Register Bitfield Diagrams
  

will it be available?

In the plug-ins folder, may be "C:\Users\admin\.vscode\extensions"
