大佬大佬添加器件时报这个错是什么原因，用的tsmc18rf工艺

这个可能是工艺库的问题，刚才在eetop搜了一下，遇到这个问题的都是tsmc18rf。我没用过这个工艺，所以不太清楚怎么解决。你可以另开一个帖子问一下大家。或者百度一下有没有方法。如果其他地方有好用的tsmc18rf的话，可以直接拷进来用。

报错：
