addfiller之后出现drc报错，该怎么处理？直接删除这个filler可以吗？

把add_fillers_with_drc 设成 false 再重新加就不会有这种了。但是会导致你的cell 中间会有些空隙没加上filler。
你需要检查为什么这些空隙会加不上，
是不是没有合适大小的filler可以放进去？试图解决
如果不加filler ，底层pg shape是不是可以仍然是连通的，如果是的话我觉得少一些filler也没问题。

我加了-fixDRC就没有再报错了

加了-fixDRC虽然没有再报错了，但是filler最终没有插入
最后还是修改了floorplan参数，与上、下、左、右的距离减小了一点后才解决这个问题

你进Calibre检查没，我以为遇到了这个问题，但是基本进DRC还是会出问题
