cdl转成schematic的device map文件该怎么写呢？

我的电阻是

devSelect :=res(layout的类型) res（schematic的类型）
    propMatch :=subtype P(看电阻是P/N注入)
我是这样写的，但是我看写法好多样子。具体你需要试一试。

试了还是不行，老是说电阻没有定义

你导入的库里面还有就是reference 的库里面有这个rppolywo_dis这个么？

另外就是你的resistor这个应该是理想电阻吧？是不是填的不对啊？

看你的cdl里面的电阻写的什么类型。
