AMS仿真error求助

AMS仿真遇到error：ERROR (ADE-5021): The variable 'envOpts check_simulator' is not declared for tool 'ams3'.This error appears when
      environment variables, which are no longer supported are still being set either
      through ADE state files or through .cdsinit/.cdsenv files. Ignore this message
      if the listed variable is not required.
