SOC Design Manager
工作职责
1. 带领团队完成IP开发，或SOC芯片开发
2. 负责参与制定项目开发计划、节点交付、过程管理及质量控制
3. 负责与产品团队、架构团队、验证团队、后端团队及其他上下游团队协调合作
4. 负责设计实现、评审，负责设计性能、功耗、面积优化
5. 帮助团队解决问题，确保交付质量以及产品竞争力
6. 负责研发团队的日常管理、培训以及团队建设

任职要求
1. 扎实的数字前端设计经验, 熟悉芯片完整开发流程
2. 带领过研发团队，熟悉开发过程管理和质量控制
3. 曾参与大型SOC工作，有成功流片、回片验证以及量产经验者佳
4. 对芯片开发有激情，具备一定的抗压能力

SOC架构工程师
工作职责
1.Interact with product and marketing teams to understand product feature and capabilities, analyze user scenarios and derive system specifications.
2.Responsible for closing architecture and micro-architecture requirements and specifications of SoC and IP blocks, and provide technical direction to teams.
3.Work with IP/domain architects to identify and assess complex technical issues and risks, and develop architectural solutions to meet product requirement.
4.Conduct PPA analysis and identify opportunities for significant performance and power improvements.
任职要求
1.Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of relevant industry experience.
2.Familiar with one or more of following SOC subsystems: ISP, NPU, video/audio codec, mobile display, and/or other domain specific accelerators.
3.Experience analyzing and driving performance and power tradeoffs and optimizations.
4.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
