Job Description:
1.Monitor Product Quality Requirement and ensure them to well controlled and implemented in BJ plant, including Qualification, Ongoing Reliability Monitoring, Abnormal & Maverick lot disposition in Assembly and Test area;
2.Lead / Involve Product Quality Improvement Project in BJ plant, coordinate / Involve Best Practice / Lessons Learn buy in to BJ plant and ensure them to well controlled and implemented;
3.Support on future new technology (WLSAW, Cu Pillar bump Flip Chip) Qualification for BJ plant.
Requirement:
Requirement:
1.Master Degree, 2-3+ years experience major on EE or Communication Engineering; Bachelor, more than 4-5 years relevant working experience;
2.At least 3 years working experience in Semiconductor IC Design area, RF Analog design experience and ESD protection circuit Design will be preferred
3.Semicon product Knowledge on Device and packaging (Silicon a must, GaAs preferred)
4.Knowledge on Product Quality assurance standard in Semicon industry,
5.Quality Problem Solving Skills and Manufacturing Experience is needed
6.Good Command of English and Computer skills, Good skill on ADS Design Kit / JMP or Minitab /SPC Tool
Special remark for the PQE positions:
For the background requirement below are some specifics for your reference:
--3years above at packaging design/Process Development area in Top Semi conductor company. Special experience on Thermal Mechanical modeling or Reliability modeling will be preferred
--3years above at Product Quality /reliability area for product development qualification.
--Other area of interest will be:
>Semiconductor IC design House (Analog or Mixed Signal Product Design Layout or Verification experience)
>IC Substrate Manufacture (FA or Process Development experience)(ASE Material, Nanya, Subtron, Unimicron etc)
>RF component Manufacture (FA or Process Development experience) (Infineon , Murata, Tayo, EPCOS, Fujisu etc)
>Reliability experience on Device Level Qualification, ESD Test method etc.
