文件导入QRC文件显示error，显示can‘t read

嗯嗯，谢谢了，是这个原因，已经搞定了，多问一句你知道工艺lef里面PRTF_Innovus_22nm_7M_4X1Z1UUTRDL_7T.11_1a.tlef  ，像这种4X1Z1UUTRDL，里面4x1z1u代表什么意思么，我也没找到对应的文档说明

4X肯定是4层普通金属，其他的就不知道了，要去问问模拟

前面说了啊，qrc和tech lef的金属层数对不上，检查一下tech lef

我看 tech lef 好像是没问题的，QRC 是二进制也没法看里面的金属层，这个怎么办？
找Foundry 重新提供一份QRC出来么？
